Bereavement Coaching
Are you suffering from intense pain and trauma associated with the death of a loved one, terminal illness or caring for a terminal patient?
There are no rules to grieving. Dealing with a death – whether sudden, through disease or simply as a result of the natural progression of life – is a reality most of us find ourselves unprepared to cope with. Whether we admit it nor not, we need help to get through it.
If you’re mourning a death, have been diagnosed with terminal illness or are a partner/relative attempting to come to terms with this traumatic event, you’ll go through a deeply personal range of conflicting emotions. So the bereavement coaching you need must also be personally tailored to you.
Experienced Bereavement Coaching
I’m a Bereavement Coach based in North London. Drawing on my own experiences to take my clients through the painful feelings of loss, abandonment and sadness. The initial emotional support, patience and understanding of relatives and friends may soon be exhausted, but I will be with you for as long as you need me.
Unlike counselling, coaching empowers you to look to the future rather than the past. It allows you to focus on the process of dealing with death and any new-found responsibilities you may face, such as parenting or financial matters.
Together, we use a series of unique modules to work through the grieving process one step at a time and create a plan of action. I have the knowledge, qualifications and experience to help you move forward with a sense of purpose and positive thought treasuring happy, uplifting memories of time spent with your loved ones.
Support for the Terminally ill
I also offer coaching for the terminally ill, helping them to clear pending issues and unresolved disputes, plan their own funerals, write personal messages to loved ones and to say thank you or sorry.
